How often should an AC be serviced?
At least once a year, ideally before summer. In dusty areas or heavy use, every 4–6 months keeps cooling strong and bills lower.
My AC is not cooling. Does it need gas?
Not always. Dirty filters, a blocked coil or a weak capacitor are common causes. We check gas pressure first and only refill if it is low.
Can you install the outdoor unit on an outside wall of a high floor?
Yes. We use a proper wall bracket and safety harness, and check the wall before drilling.
